Delete Your Account
This will permanently delete your Refairly account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
How it works:
- 1Enter the email address associated with your Refairly account.
- 2We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your email to confirm it's you.
- 3Enter the code to confirm deletion. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.
- 4All remaining data will be permanently removed after 30 days. You can contact us within that period to restore your account.
What will be deleted:
- Your profile and account information
- Your relationship and its shared content — conflicts, growth & trip plans, daily check-ins, chats, and signed agreements
- Your subscription record, notifications, and devices
Before you continue:
- Cancel your subscription in App Store or Play Store settings first — deleting your account does not cancel billing
- Export any data you need from the app
- This ends your relationship — your partner is notified and the couple's subscription is cleared
- This cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period
